Summer is over...

I have FINALLY finished summer school! Philosophy was the death of me! That class is Satan's class! It was awful. ANYWAYS... rush is coming up which means no sleep, no eating, and no life. But it is all worth it when we get new baby turtles! DZ is about to consume my life but I wouldn't have it any other way :)

I also start teaching 2 days a week this semester and I am so excited/nervous. I hope I do good! Pfluger Elementary... watch out!

YELLOW MEANS YIELD

So yesterday, me, one of my best friends Hannah and her sister, had just finished lunch with their dad and were heading back up to the church to get my car. We were coming up to the intersection at Frankford and Old Denton and had a good light to go! Well some guy making a left turn in front of us apparently thought he could beat a car going 40mph and turn. Surprise surprise... he didn't beat us. Hannah tried to stop but their was no avoiding it and we nailed the guy on his passenger side.

Luckily no one was seriously injured but Hannah's car is not in good shape. We are all VERYYYYY sore from the impact but are okay.

Note to guy who we hit: when you get a yellow arrow... that DOES NOT mean go. YELLOW MEANS YIELD...not see how fast you can go to beat a car!!!!

This is FRUSTRATING!!!

So I have been trying to figure out the layout of this stupid blog FOREVER! How my sister-in-law gets hers to looks so perfect is beyond me.
